The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is very easy pathway to migrate to Canada. The Saskatchewan Province invites residency applications from international experienced worker who want to live in Saskatchewan and make their second home and Nominates successful applicants to the federal government for permanent residency in Canada through the SINP program.
The Government of Saskatchewan makes the ultimate choice on SINP nominations. When successful candidates apply for permanent resident with IRCC, they’ll be recognized as SINP nominees.

The following steps are to be followed for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).
- EOI Submission.
- Apply for Nomination and
- Apply for Permanent Residency
An International Skilled Worker Expression of Interest (EOI) submission is a pre-application which allows show your qualifications. There are no limits on the number of candidates for submitting expression of Interest (EOI).After submitting an EOI successfully you will be entered into the pool of eligible candidates.
- Your application will be valid for one year from lodgement date.
- You can only submit one active EOI.
- Ranked will be based on the information you provided.
- The highest ranked candidates will be invited to apply for SIP Program.
- You must make sure that all information is current and accurate at all times. If any changes need to update.
- For false information your application will be refused.
The SINP limit the selection of EOI’s by occupation so that applications do not exceed employment demand in Saskatchewan.
The SINP’s Expression of Interest selection process is a sequence that is identifying those with the highest point scores. If many candidates have the equal point to meet the EOI Draw’s, first selection will be who has connections to Saskatchewan. This includes people who have a close relative in Saskatchewan, previous work experience, past student experience in Saskatchewan and next selection prioritize will be the most work experience and highest language scores.
EOI’s are drawn from the system and those selected candidates receive an Invitation to Apply(ITA). The number of invitations is depends on annual processing targets and employment demands in Saskatchewan.
Once you received Invitation to Apply (ITA), you need to send an application along with supporting documents for Provincial Nomination. After receiving your application SINP will review all information you have sent. If they satisfied you’ll be nominated to the federal government for permanent residency application and IRCC will invite you to apply for permanent residence. You will have 60 days to lodge this application.
Due to provide misleading information your application can be refused and may be banned to the SINP for a period of two years.
